For the most part,
we take care of ourselves:
We brush our teeth 2x a day
We walk a little more and sit a little less
We sprinkle flaxseed on our oatmeal,
when we remember
But do we clean out our daily stress?
If we don’t, then our cells hold on to it
until we feel anxious and can't sleep. No one learns because they want to meditate. People learn because they can't manage well and magnesium and ashwagandha aren't cutting it.
Try something that doesn't require ingesting or injecting anything. Try something that is safe, effective and has worked for thousands of years.
If we expunge our stress, we feel better,
look better and sleep soundly again.

Thoughts on Meditation

"To me it’s a work thing - if you meditate, you can get so much more work done. I always say to people: you know how about 3 nights a year you get a good night’s sleep? You can have it every day with meditation."
- Jerry Seinfeld

"I couldn't have gotten through grad school without it." - My Uncle Jack

"I've been to vinyasa flows weirder than this." - My friend Adam

"Could it really be this easy?" - My Mom
What is Vedic Meditation
It’s not woo-woo,
it’s not sitting rigidly,
it’s not difficult.
It's a simple mental technique that
allows the mind to rest while remaining fully awake. It’s an ancient technique designed for people with to-do lists, relationships, and demands. It strips away accumulated stress and enhances our nervous system on a daily basis.
